Services - Data Center Maintenance Support

Flexible Maintenance Agreements for Data Center Equipment

SEI provides on-site data center maintenance services for mid to high end servers. Our service delivery plan includes an initial site audit, a dedicated primary and secondary engineer, locally stocked parts, warranty tracking and flexible coverage times and on-site responses.

Hardware Sales & Upgrades

Our hardware sales team designs creative and cost-saving options for hardware needs. From upgrades to trade-ins, we are able to implement better solutions for our customers.

Installations and De-Installations
We offer a full range of installation and de-installation services to meet your specific requirements.

Prepaid Billable Program
A service program that offers the flexibility of a Time & Materials program with many of the advantages of a service agreement.

Data Center Relocations

We offer comprehensive relocation services, including: review plans and physical locations, proper shutdown, de-installation, and complete shipping preparation. At the new location: installation, power up, full testing and resoultion of any hardware issues. SEI performs moves anywhere in the United States.

Software Support
Our software engineers provide an initial site audit, administrative trouble-shooting, preventative maintenance and expert support for all Solaris software and HP-Unix and Tru64 UNIX needs.

Printer Support

SEI offers professional printer repair service delivered by experienced printer technicians.
